Obama - Stimulus Plan Summary
With the economy in a downward slide I think that the proposed Stimulus Plan proposed by Barack Obama will do some good to jump start the economy. If the economy picks up then maybe NJ and Hoboken will not have as much stress to deal with their current budget situations. This document explains it pretty well in plain English for those who are not hard wired into finance and its jargon:
