Dawn Zimmer Formally Announces Web Site Yesterday

I received this email from Dawn Zimmer yesterday about her new website, the City Council meeting and other events around her campaign:

Dear Friends,

I wanted to write and let you know that I launched my web site, Zimmerforchange.com this morning. I worked hard to make it an informative site that provides not only my views on the issues but also background on the many challenges facing our City.

The site also includes my response to Hoboken Revolt questions posed to mayoral candidates. I encourage you to take a look so you can better understand my vision of how Hoboken can solve its fiscal problems.

Tonight's Council meeting has some important matters on the agenda that I want to let you know about:

-Extension of Church Towers Pilot Agreement.
-Expansion of NJ Transit/FX Fowle agreement.

Thanks!

- Dawn Zimmer

Here is more informatiojn from the email:

Zimmer for Change has Headquarters!

618 Washington St. (map)
Hoboken, NJ 07030
201-428-4239

The space is great but we need YOUR help to fill it. We need desks, chairs, office supplies, computers, printers, a copy machine, coffee maker, snacks, drinks, mini-fridge, and all the other things that make an empty room into a functional (and fun!) office.

Please call, email, or drop by the office and we will arrange to pick up and return any items you lend us. Thanks for your support and your office furniture!

Help get Dawn and the Slate on the ballot!

Two great opportunities to get involved this weekend:

Petitioning at the St. Patrick's Day Parade
Saturday, March 7, 2009 10 am - 1 pm

Join Dawn and Supporters outside the new Headquarters on Washington to drink coffee, hand out green doughnuts and collect petitions.

Then cheer on Dawn as she walks with the council in the parade.

Petitioning on the Streets and Door to Door
Sunday, March 8, 2009 2 pm - 5 pm

Join Dawn and the slate as we collect ballot petitions around Hoboken. Help bring change to Hoboken with just a few hours of your time!

Please RSVP with Sam if you are able to attend either day.
