My comment: It would appear that the procedures that vetted this supposed fundraiser/con man broke down and Superintendent Carter admitted such on the Channel 7 news story. Moral of the story is if something is too good to be true it probably is not or just Google them baby! Seems like the High School Students are up on technology more than the current administration. ◦
