My Comment Updated 03/08/2009:
Theresa Burns was seen marching with Frank Raia on the St. Patrick's Day Parade so it is very likely that she could be on Frank's ticket. One of my sources appears to have been wrong on the alleged rift between the two so consider this a partial retraction. I had noted in my earlier comment that I would be surprised by this since I have always considered Theresa Burns to be very loyal to Frank.
What complicates this race further is Frank Raia may also run for Mayor and if he does and wins both he can only serve on one seat come July 1st. He could theoretically win the BOE and have to step down if he wins Mayor. Running for the BOE is kind of an insurance policy should he not get the votes for Mayor.
