This year I was focused on getting the video footage of the parade. I also went to a local bar later to have a few drinks after the main crowds had died down so I didn't see a lot of the debauchery that has many of Hoboken's residents up in arms over the negatives of the parade. In response to the sentiment that is out there, here is a reader poll that asks if Hoboken St. Patrick's Day should be kept or cancelled with a few other options as well. Like they like to say jokingly in Hudson County, "Vote Early, Vote Often":
