Peter Cammarano Campaign Promises

During the Peter Cammarano Campaign, about a week before the first election, he finally posted his platform in a 16 page brochure that was both in pdf form and included as an insert in the Hoboken Reporter. During the runoff election Peter Cammarano put his positions on his revamped website that encompassed lowering taxes, balanced budget, going green, infrastructure and many more. Using exclusively his website issues page I was able to count a total of 83 campaign promises from his site.

Now that he is Mayor elect we will have time to evaluate whether or not he and his administration can deliver on those campaign promises. I figure a good check point would be after 100 days or just about the end of September to go back and see what progress has been made to fulfill any of these promises. Only time and the objective lens of the Hoboken Journal as well as others will be able to tell.

One promise not on this spreadsheet was the question asked of both Dawn and Peter during the runoff debate was what should the Hoboken Municipal Budget be? Peter Cammarano answered $95 million. Here is the summary of promises on Slideshare:
