Update- There Goes Graphix_Avenger Again! - Parody on Recent Mailers

Update 6/3/2009 12:50 PM:

I received a brief statement from Sam Briggs, Dawn Zimmer's campaign manager regarding the Building America Fliers. To be balanced, Paul Swibinski who is currently Peter Cammarano's campaign manager has publicly demanded that the mailings from this PAC be stopped as seen on NJ.com's Hoboken Now blog with this story link:

http://www.nj.com/hobokennow/index.ssf/2009/06/peter_cammarano_distances_hims.html

Here is the statement from Sam Briggs:

CAMMARANO TALKS OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF HIS MOUTH
ON ATTACKS AGAINST ZIMMER

"Dawn Zimmer's campaign manager, Sam Briggs today accused Peter Cammarano of talking out of both sides of his mouth about the attack campaign waged against Dawn Zimmer by the Building America Committee. Briggs said, "Now with only a week to go in the race and with at least $100,000 already being spent against Dawn, Peter Cammarano finally comes out and calls for it to stop. That's the definition of too little, too late. Mr Cammarano knows full well that there is likely to be other false attack pieces already in the mail pipeline and that his crocodile tears are likely to be ignored. His newly found outrage is too convenient to be credible."

Here is another PhotoShop funny by reader Graphix_Avenger which makes fun of the recent mailers from a group called the Building America Committee. Peter Cammarano went on the record yesterday denying any involvement with the organization and spoke against PACs in general.

The thing about the fliers/mailers is that they are not very accurate in terms of the basis of facts behind the attack. Here is Graphix_Avenger with his/her far more accurate idea for a political flier (from their point of view):

Parody of recent Building America Committee mailer

Editors Note: Keep in mind that this is political parody and is confined to this website. There are no retort mailers that are going out and this is the opinion of Graphix_Avenger and not necessarily this blog. However, I do wish I had the photoshop skills necessary to do a few of my own. :)
