Hoboken 411 - Spam on You!

Many of my readers received this political spam yesterday from Perry Klaussen, proprietor of Hoboken 411. This email was sent out apparently to everyone on Hoboken 411's mailing list. Even people who were banned for just voicing their opinions on his website received this email.

While I support free speech, hasn't some kind of line been crossed when a website who has invoices for web ads from both Beth Mason and Frank Raia attacks the other two major candidates who didn't advertise on his website? I am not well enough versed in ELEC laws to know if a legal line has been crossed but it still makes me wonder if there will not be some ELEC follow up.

At least the cat is out of the bag now. We know now that Perry Klaussen is indeed a political website despite his constant statements that he is not. Ask yourself what is the driver here? What motivates Perry who at the flip of a switch moved over to the Cammarano camp after Mason's defeat in the May election? I think I have an idea and at this point I choose to express myself poetically:

Spam I Am - by team Klaussen/Mason/Bajardi

(Beth)
I said would you could you send this out,
Please Perry, my campaign is running out of clout.

Can you please just send that spam,
My campaign expenditures are very glam,
One email blast from cyber-furher you,
Could somehow make all those lies true.

Your readers are as I know quite misinformed,
And I know your pathology is not the norm,
All my money has us hitting the streets by storm,
Your pictures of Dawn are pseudo-porn.

(Perry)
Glatt and Zimmer didn't run ads with me,
but I gladly accepted your spending spree,
Glen Beck is my source of ideology,
I don't like competition even with markets free.

(Beth)
Would you could you,
Send that spam?

(Perry)
Yes I will, on the double,
and thank you Mam.

(Beth)
Spam I am,
Spam I am,
The way I've run my campaign
is quite the sham.

My final comment: All I ask readers of Hoboken 411 to do is consider the source when making decisions about the accuracy of Klaussen's Konvulated Klaims. ◦
