Original Post 6/8/2010: On Saturday June 19 at 1 p.m. the Hoboken Museum is hosting a historic "Base Ball" game re-creation of the Elysian Fields match on this date in 1846. Two teams of historic re-creators will play a competitive match, barehanded, by 1873 rules. The event is at Stevens' Dobbelaar Baseball field and is free.
