Hoboken Photo of the Day - Fallout Shelter
Today's Hoboken photo of the day is a relic of perhaps the Cold War with Russia when a thermonuclear attack seemed very possible and school children were actually drilled to prepare for such a scenario. As long as there are nuclear weapons in the world such an event is still a possibility so it is good to know there is a least one place in town where you can seek refuge from Armageddon should it happen in our lifetimes. Problem with this Washington Street location the capacity is only listed at 50.
