New Hoboken Business - Chicken Factory at 529 Washington Street
Here are some recent photos of the Chicken Factory which is a new rotisserie style chicken place that is set to open up on 529 Washington Street (between 5th and 6th streets) in Hoboken. With the loss of Boston Chicken and Urban Chicken perhaps this restaurant can make a go of it if the owner doesn't run out of cash before getting a permit to open the restaurant. Is Hoboken's pent up demand for slow cooked chicken enough to sustain this new business in the critical first 24 months of business? Time will tell. One thing is for sure you can't be a chicken if you are opening up a new business in Hoboken with the rents the way they are.
