Sorry for the late notice....Here is an email from Dawn Zimmer on getting involved with the Police about concerns in the community:
Wednesday, January 14th 7:00 pm: Please join me for a public safety meeting with Acting Police Chief Lisa and other community officers to discuss recent incidents at the light rail train station and what can be done to prevent future assaults. Unfortunately there have been several violent incidents near the light rail and in the Housing Authority. A strong community response will help communicate to the Police that we need more police presence in our area.
Location: Police Headquarters (106 Hudson Street).
