Earlier today at the Hoboken Arts and Cratfs Festival a penguin was spotted on the street, hardly in its natural habitat. The Penguin was interrogated by at least one Hoboken Police Officer for allegedly ripping down campaign signs hung on utility poles. The penguins defense: "Look I only have a 6 inch reach". (Just for fun)
