For those who voted provisionally and voted for Dawn you should reach out to their campaign as noted below. I recieved this email from Peter Cunningham that asked me to pass the information. Here is the email:

As you know, there's a 67 vote difference between Dawn and Peter, in Peter's favor. However, provisional ballots have not been counted as well as additional absentee ballots.
Provisional ballots need to be verified TODAY by 4pm. If you voted provisionally, Please contact the campaign As SOON as possible at 201-428-4239 or email our field organizer Matt Hughes at matthughes2@gmail.com so we can make sure your vote counts. We can still win this election!!
