Frank Raia is on the web for the first time in his bid to become Mayor of Hoboken. Welcome to the 21st Century Frank!
Here is the link to his website:

And the link to his positions on how he proposes to tackle Hoboken's issues:
He also has a new TV commercial running on stations and is the second such candidate to do so after Massive Misleading Message Media Maven Mason has dominated the local political ariwaves for over a month.
For those of you who are new to Hoboken, Raia got a lot of notoriety in his "I can't find parking on Bloomfield!" commercials when he ran unscuccessfully for Mayor in 2005 against Carol Marsh, Dave Roberts and others.
The latest incarnation of Pupie's Pontification on the Parking Problem:
This commercial is a vintage classic!
My comments: Frank is not my first choice for Mayor but I do look forward to his commercials for their color and flair compared to the the downright dreadfull onslaught of Mason's Mean Media Manipulations on TV and the co-opted sponsorship model of Hoboken 411's yellow journalism.
The best part of of Frank's website is this little nugget of information that surprised me about Frank's background:
"During Frank’s years in the textile industry, he contributed to the “wash and wear” craze that swept the U.S. in the ‘60s. He was a pioneer in introducing polyester double knits to the fashion world."
Frank the fashionista, who would have thunk it! ◦
