Here is a reader mail summarizing the campaign mailers to date from David D.:
Dear editor, I collected every glossy flier mailed to me this election, I thought the totals might be of slight interest to your readers. Though I suppose I may be on some mailing lists so I may not be a representative sample:
Dave Brinkman -1
Zimmer -4
Glatt - 4
Raia - 5 (includes 4 page glossy 'Real Plan')
Mason -12 ( includes newspaper like 'My Plan')
Flier Summary
Nathan Brinkman flies his Republican colors high in his one and only flier. One entire side is taken up with a picture of conservative Ronald Reagan, the emphasis is on the possibility of Hoboken electing a Republican.
Dawn Zimmer's fliers tout her accomplishments and one is largely quotes about her accomplishments from Hobokenites that have endorsed her.
Kimberly Glatt's fliers focus on her experience as a Hoboken judge and emphasizes her integrity.
Frank Raia's fliers focus mostly on his qualifications for Mayor in comparison to the other candidates or how he would solve various issues. Only one of his fliers is explicitly 'negative' with pictures of the other people running and the words 'Failed To Manage Budget' stamped on them.
Beth Mason's seem to split down the middle, with half attacking Dawn Zimmer for 'hiding tax increases' or dual job holding. The other half focus on Beth Mason's qualifications as a businesswoman and as reformer.

Editor's note: I changed a few of the tallies since I actually have recieved more fliers than reader David D for a few of the candidates. This does not include any possible targeted mailers to specific areas of Hoboken if in fact they were even done.
