Frank Raia's campaign has been handing out a flier yesterday that has him claiming that the results of yesterday's poll (11/1/2009) has him and Dawn Zimmer in a two person race. If that poll was conducted effectively and is true that doesn't bode well for Beth Mason's chances. So who isn't telling the truth? Hoboken 411 has spent every once of its ever diminishing political influence to lay claim that the race is between Zimmer and Mason.
Truth is, local polls can be quite unreliable even when conducted professionally. One only needs to look at the May 2009 Mayoral results with Beth Mason polling in first but placing in third place in terms of the results to validate that statement.
