I am supporting Beth Mason for Mayor of Hoboken. I think she is the only candidate that has the gumption to say it like it is and make the tough decisions that Hoboken needs to get through the next couple of very difficult years. I am confident that under Beth's leadership Hoboken will head in the right direction.
My decision has been based on many factors but the final deciding element has been Dawn's lack of leadership at City Council meetings. The attached clip illustrate that clearly. I gave Dawn the benefit of the doubt and gave her time to "grow into the job" but over time it has become clear to me that we need a stronger leader and that is Beth. I don't think Dawn is a bad person or corrupt but I am confident that Beth will be a better leader for Hoboken.
