Peter Cammarano sentencing in progress

Update: I am here at the Newark Federal Court and the defense is made it's arguments on behalf of Peter Cammarano.Hayden has argued for additional leniancy based on the following  factors: the publicity around this case, his charitible work since his arrest, the personal punishment of unemployment, his broken marriage and other collateral factors.

Peter Cammarano gave a brief apology to his friends, supporters and to the citizens of the City of Hoboken and admitted criminal guilt.

The US Attorney is arguing now for the recommended guidelines of 24-30 months. ◦

It's amazing when people get caught and are going off to jail they suddenly find God and charity. He's unemployed because he took a bag of cash. Same for his marriage. I hope he learns his lesson, he's still young and has time. It's up to him to change or not.
