While the area in the road near the corner in the street was better today by 8th and Washington than yesterday, I was able to find another problem area near 5th and Washington on the sidewalk this morning. Merchants and residents should take note, it is your duty to keep your part of the sidewalk clear by your business or home. I am looking for businesses and business leaders to pitch in and do their part too.

Perhaps it is time to start another civic minded group. For lack of a better term lets call it
HAGOS, Hobokenites Against Garbage On Sidewalks. Actually, come to think of it the top picture looks a bit like the Scottish dish with a similar name! :)
