Bet Mazin Proposes her Own Flood and Poo Monitoring Solution: "Lame Net" (Parody)

Not one to be outdone by the current Mayor Dawn Zimmer who beat her twice in 2009's mayoral races, 2nd Ward Councilwoman Bet Mazin has proposed her her own solution that is cheaper the Dawn Zimmer's "EmNet Solution" and more effective than ally Tim Occhipinti's "Weather Channel Solution".

Bet Mazin announced this morning a more "old school" approach to flood and sewer monitoring solution by sacrificing one of her recently essentially muzzled minions to take over poo monitoring duty on behalf of the denizens of Hoboken. She was excited to announce "Lame Net" by offering to pay for the salary of her often vilified smear merchant Lane Bajardi to monitor our underground infrastructure at little to no cost to the City of Hoboken.

Bet Mazin was quoted as saying: "In the spirit of my political makeover to appear more in line with the Administration since the polls and my army of consultants told me that was what I had to do to get re-elected, I offer in the spirit of new found cooperation one of my very own to help the Administration be more cost effective and get information about flooding. Lane Bajardi is uniquely qualified to do this position since his recent opposition to Grafix Avenger blogger and her post about "A turd in a punchbowl" make him one of Hoboken's pre-eminent fecal experts."

The voters of Hoboken will have to wait and see if Bet Mazin's new offering will get her any political traction. One thing is for sure though, it wouldn't be the first time she threw one of her minions under the bus, or in this case into the sewer.

"Lame Net" - Bet Mazin's cost saving solution to counter Mayor Dawn Zimmer's
solution for flood and poo monitoring.

My comment: This is obviously a parody. Please take it in the light hearted yet smart-allecky way it was intended. ◦
