Fireworks Highlights - 4th of July 2011 from Hoboken
This year’s fireworks display for the 4th of July put on by NYC and sponsored by Macy’s was once again spectacular. The weather was near perfect and the show was great. These shots were taken from uptown Hoboken. Fireworks trivia: Over 40,000 shells were expended during the show last night. That is a lot of controlled explosions! Fireworks, besides lomein (spaghetti), one of China's great inventions.
