First it was the Anthony Russo Civic Association and eventually it became the Mike Russo Civic Association and now the sign is down. Don't know if that means the "Association" has been disolved, is just "laying low" or is moving to another location, perhaps to another part of Hoboken. Share your thoughts below. I am saving the speculating for my readers.
