Bus Fuss - Why was a County School Bus used for moving?

Yesterday morning (Saturday 6/19/10,) between the hours of 9:30 am - 11:00 am at 809 Bloomfield Street, a County school bus was used as a moving truck. Is this normal? I didn't think so and I looked up the company Hudson County Transport Inc. whose logo adorns the bus and found this registry listing:

"Hudson County Transport Inc is a private company categorized under Buses-School Transportation Service and located in Jersey City, NJ. Our records show it was established in 1976* and incorporated in New Jersey*. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $20 to 50 million and employs a staff of approximately 250 to 499."

It lists the President of the company as Al Manzo. I gave confirmed that the owner of the bus is not the Al Manzo whose wife Caroline Manzo is a reality TV star in the show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 2". It is the brother of Lou Manzo who was caught up in the recent string of FBI corruption charges. Remember one thing though, the bus company is private so how they use their equipment outside of school hours and whatever contracts they may have is their business. I just found the use of a school bus an odd way to move out of a place.
