RESIGNATION OF MICHAEL SCHAFFER
Subsequent to the City Council’s passage of a resolution on June 16th authorizing Corporation Counsel to take actions to remove Michael Schaffer as a Commissioner and Hoboken representative on the North Hudson Sewerage Authority Commission, Corporation Counsel Michael Kates received a letter from Michael Schaffer’s attorney, Corinne Mullen, advising that Mr. Schaffer is resigning effective July 1, 2010.
The Council appoints members to the Authority and will be charged with finding a replacement.
