Full Hoboken Board of Education Budget is Available

Thanks to citizen activist Donna Antonucci, the full Hoboken BOE Budget for 2009 is now available online. The document is over 200 pages so it is in four parts. Nothing like a little transparency to brighten an otherwise cloudy day. Let me know if anyone finds a $6,000 toilet seat like they have in the Pentagon's budget. Just kidding. :)
