Today's photo of the day is that of the Beacon condominiums (http://www.thebeaconjc.com/) that are in Jersey City. True to form in JC these apartments come with a sweetheart tax abatement deal of 25 years. Hoboken residents are not the only ones with tax problems in New Jersey. The tax abatements seem to continue unabated in New Jersey.
This project, the largest condominium complex in Jersey City has excellent amenities and was the winner of the 2009 Urban Land Institute Award for Project of the Year.
