Original Post 10/2/2010 AM: There have been rumors and rumblings that perhaps 4th Ward Candidate Tim Occhipinti is considering backing out of the October 13th QLC debate altogether or at least pushing it back to one week before the election. Perhaps this is to get more time to prepare or get a larger venue for the Kim Glatt Cheer leading crew bussed in from Union City. Make sure those pom poms show up on the ELECs Tim's campaign! :)
The Hoboken Journal is hopeful that these rumors are not true and that the debate will go on as scheduled. The residents of the 4th Ward and all of Hoboken need to hear these candidates on the important issues that effect Hoboken. If Tim happens to backout you can say you first saw the headline at the Hoboken Journal, where sometimes the photoshops get ahead of the news event. If Tim should chicken out, I am sure many of the 4th residents who are still on the fence in this election will give him a "Cluck U" lesson at the ballot box.
