The Hoboken Quality of Life Coalition, The Jubilee Community Center, and People for Open Government co-sponsored a forum for the two candidates for City Council from the 4th ward on the evening of October 13th. The forum was held in the Jubilee Center located at Sixth and Jackson Streets. In the two weeks or so before the election on Nov. 2 it will air on Cablevision channel 78 and Verizon channel 47.
