Today is Primary Day - June 2nd - Love Your Town Vote!

As mentioned yesterday The Democratic and Republican Primaries are today. Get out and vote.

The main contests are the Republican and Democratic Governor positions. All other state-wide contestants are unopposed.

What is important to Hoboken is the Hudson County Democratic Committee seats that are contested in some wards and districts. If you are a registered Democrat and want to see members of the committee elected that will not allow the County Committee to be a conduit for funneling money in Hoboken elections as was done in the past (Roberts and Campos), generally it is recommended to vote in Row E for candidates who will want to see the new bylaws enforced. The bylaws were put in place to keep the committee out of local non-partisan races and focus on the higher offices.

The candidates representing reform or independence will be in the bottom right corner of the ballot in row E and not on Row B, the HCDO row.

Here are my endorsements for each Ward and District. These are all candidates where at least one of the two in the pair I know and feel would best represent the Hoboken Democratic Committee:
