STATEMENT FROM MAYOR ZIMMER ON CITY COUNCIL’S UNANIMOUS VOTE TO PASS BOND ORDINANCE
I want to thank the Council for coming together and doing the responsible thing for the City of Hoboken. If the bond ordinance had not passed, we risked defaulting on the municipal garage property and burdening taxpayers with hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional interest payments. I look forward to continuing to work with the Council to do what is best for the residents of Hoboken. ◦
