I didn't answer first! As a long time Hoboken observer I happen to know where this is but since this was posted 25 minutes ago and I have to drive out to Newark I will save my answer for later so the contest isn't a wash for other players who at least have a 50% chance of winning. .But I like the new wave of grassroots contest ideas.
