Four zoning board appointments were made (see this article for details: http://thehobokenjournal.blogspot.com/2011/01/hoboken-city-council-recap-zoning.html) , and Frank Raia was reappointed to the Sewerage Board Appointment.
The HHA appointment was tabled and the Rent Control Ordinance was not introduced at first reading. There will be a subcommittee meeting on that on Monday January 24, 2011 at 6PM based on discussion during the meeting.
