4) BOE ELECTION: Establish that the Annual School Election shall be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, for the election of three (3) Board Members for a term of three (3) years and to submit to the electorate the amount of local taxes to be raised to support the 2011-2012 school district budget.
Establish that the polling districts be open continuously between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 pm and as long as may be necessary to permit all the legal voters then present to vote......
Consent Agenda:
1) Extend Contract of Walter Rusak through March 21, 2011 or sooner when Dr. Toback arrives.
2) Appointments of Staff.
3) Field trips listed.
4) Reciept of Transportation Analysis.
5) Settlement by Remediation of a Special Education Dispute.
6) Rental Agreement with Elysian Charter School.
7) Approval of the Pre-School Aid Budget. The budget includes $7,065,959 State Aid, $870,558 carryover funds, and $319,400 for students with disabilities in general education classrooms. The new budget amount is $8,255,917. This budget may be amended/modified to meet the changing needs of the preschool population, but the State Aid portion of the budget may not exceed $7,065,959.
