Hoboken new restaurant Harvest Cuisine still has a bit more to go but thanks to David Liebler of Eat Drink Hoboken I was able to meet with one of the partners today and get a inside sneak peak. According to chef Eric Levine they had hoped to open perhaps February 11, 2011 but they are still working on a few things. Soft opening will happen sometime this week with a tasting tomorrow.
