On Washington Street there are two costume stores that are opening soon for the Halloween season.
The first, Spirit is in the former Barnes and Noble location by Observer Highway. The sign says they will be opening in September.

The second is Ricky's Costume Shop further North on Washington Street in the former Washington Mutual Bank site.
