Many in the audience last night voiced their displeasure and were fed up with PILOTS (Payments In Lieue Of Taxes) either because of the way they are implemented, the lack of information about all of the agreements, the perception of "back room dealings", and that they are unfair to the taxpayers not on PILOTS. an yet Fred Bado went on and on and on about how good they are for the City.
