Va Va Voom! - Hoboken Schaefer's Calendar from 1959 - Easy Now Fellas

Here is a calendar that harkens back to the day before political correctness and sexual harassment seminars that would make such a calendar legally problematic in the workplace today. This calendar is from the old Schaefer's Restaurant and is from 1959. The downtown restaurant Teak is where Schaefer's used to be as well as the bar God Save the Planet.

Sorry fellas, I had to do a bit of censorship on the photo as this is a community blog and not a porn site.:) Isn't the woman featured on the calendar a dish?

Editor's Note: Before anyone gets all mad at me and calls me sexist I just wanted to publish this to show how times and values have changed from the 1950's in not only Hoboken but all of America. If that calendar were hung in a restaurant today I am sure the reaction by some would not be too favorable. Besides the female body is a work of art, and I like art. :) ◦
