Here is a small business that I can recommend based on my personal experience with the good service they recently provided me: Computer Technicians of America. They were able to successfully fix my Alienware laptop for under $250 dollars after my hard drive array went down and my hard drives completely failed. Thankfully, I had most of my data backed up but they were able to replace my hard-drive with a new one and restore the operating system and device drivers. It certainly beat going out and getting a new high end laptop.

They are certified and specialize in virus and spyware removal, computer setup, hardware and software, backup and recovery and consulting/lessons.
