Notes: Here are some of the bigger ticket items on the agenda.....
1) Diane Botti for the position of Assistant to the Business Administrator for the 2010-2011School Year at a salary of $75,000.00 per year pro-rated beginning on August 16, 2010. The Assistant to the Business Administrator will serve as a non-represented employee of the Board, and shall be given a contract to include terms and benefits in keeping with other employees in this non-represented category.
2) Dr. John Anzul for the position of Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Personnel for the 2010-2011 School Year, beginning on or about October 1, 2010. Dr. Anzul, who has been a successful administrator in Parsippany-Troy Hills and Denville, will be remunerated at the current administrators supervisors annual contractual salary for his level at $127,612.00 prorated.
3) Mr. Bartholomew Reilly as Principal of the Wallace School for the 2010-2011 School Year. Mr. Reilly has served the community of Hoboken with distinction as an administrator for many years, and will be remunerated at an annual prorated salary of $138,686.00 (Principal MA+30, salary $125,136.00, admin. longevity $800.00, longevity $12.650.00) per the current “guide” in the Administrators/Supervisors Agreement.

4. Business Administrator: financial reports and actions; payment of bills and payroll; food service program; facility matters; grants; student placements and services; workshops.
Any matters relating to the above items that may come before the Board. Please be advised that the Board may be required to go into closed executive session during this meeting to discuss litigation, negotiations and personnel items. Action may be taken on all agenda items.
