I was able to catch a quick conversation with Joe Porcello, the General Manager of the Wicked Wolf and he was excited about the new opening. He asked me what I thought of the place and I told him I liked the layout and decor. The woodwork for the bar especially stands out. There are a good number of sport related bars in Hoboken already namely Texas Arizona, Black Bear, Rogos, Hoboken Bar and Grill just to name a few.
It will be interesting to see how this place fares in and won economy but it does have the distinction of being on the Waterfront and the shear number of TVs should keep just about any sports fan content.

Original Post 9/9/2010: In Hoboken, the Wicked Wolf Tavern along the waterfront (first floor of the Wiley Building) is opening tonight ,Thursday September at 4pm so the place is already open for business at the time of this post...

Monday 9/13: 11AM-Close (Normal Hours of Operations begin this week)
