Chef Anthony Pino of Hoboken's David Anthony and Bin 14 establishments has a Sunday cooking Series he does on Youtube. In a previous week he had prepared Gnocchi Lobster Pesto Gnocchi. Looks pretty darn good to me. Expect the Hoboken Journal to try and feature one video per week on this Hoboken cooking expert.
