My comment: This could be a good idea a it will allow the owners to capitalise on the waterfront which already does well for bunches at 340 Grill, The Quays and Trinity. This will allow them extra cash flow and profit to pay off what must be a very high rent. Typically brunches are lower margin than liquor and beer but but any time a store owner paying market rent has an opportunity to expand hours of operation it should at least be explored. Hoboken sure likes to brunch.
