Anti Zimmer Midnight Flier on the Streets

Has anyone seen this flyer out and about against Dawn Zimmer who is a candidate for Mayor? This also attacks Carol Marsh, Michael Lenz, Tony Soares and Jenny Davis. It does not have a paid for statement on the bottom so it is in violation of the standards for campaign literature. Anybody in town see someone distributing these? Now, you can't say I never publish anything anti-Zimmer :) :
