The biannual Hoboken Arts and Music Festival is scheduled for today Sunday from 11am to 6pm. I will publish some photos from my Iphone throughout the day. The weather website http://www.accuweather.com/ is still forecasting rain during the day. Here is the probability of precipitation broken out by three hour intervals. It looks like the best bet is to get to the festival early from 11am to 2pm before the rain is more likely to fall.
