The establishment candidates are on row B with the HCDO slate and the candidates that are independent are generally on row E. If you are not affiliated with any party and wish to vote in the Democratic or Republican primary you can declare affiliation on June 2nd and vote in the primary.
The primary election is this Tuesday June 2nd. Get out and vote!
