Word on the Street - Peter Cammarano Ticket Finalized

A good source of mine has told be that Peter Cammarano has solidified his Council at Large slate with recent Zoning Board appointee Michael Novak, BOE Board Member Frances a.k.a. "Bubbles" Rhoades Kearns and former HHA Commissioner Angel Alicea.

As reported earlier "outsider candidates" Frank Orsini and Tom Vincent have decided to run for Mayor based on information I have obtained. Tom Vincent will not run with a slate of candidates.

No official word from Beth Mason's camp but if rumors turn out to be true Ines Garcia-Keim will be on her ticket which would not be a surprise. Look for a plastering of signs throughout all of Hoboken once the announcement is formally made.

Also, nothing official from Dawn's Camp yet either but I expect formal announcements soon.

In a tale of two Tom Foley's, the attorney who ran against Nino Giacchi in the 6th Ward for City Council in 1007 will not seek the Mayoral position based on a good source of mine. He has started a new job as of March in Long Island City and I can't see how a run for Mayor fits into plans. The other Tom Foley, a very popular elder Elk is rumoured to be considering and is the leader in my unscientific web poll.

The three candidates not yet on a slate for City Council at Large so far are Ravi Bhalla, Timothy Occhipinti and Richard Trimitiedi. I am still not sure about Michael Russo, Frank Raia or Steve Cappiello for Mayor. I think at least one of these guys will run.
