According the city's website the 2010 fiscal budget will be presented in Wednesday night's city council meeting. The meeting is at 7pm at City Hall and the budget is the first item on the agenda!

NJ Transit Train Tunnel Meeting: Tuesday, December 8th, 7pm at the Elk's Club 1005 Washington St. This is a community meeting to discuss the Hoboken area impact of the NJ Transit project to build a train tunnel under the Hudson River.
