Here is a wintry photo of Maxwell Place mega condo complex. Many people have moved in and shelled out big bucks and the project is still not completed to its orginal goal in terms of number of buildings. Will more buildings go up or will the recesssion prevent that for now? I am sure current residents can't wait for more construction so they will have more neighbors and really have a more vibrant community (read sarcastic). There are some nice apartrments in there but caveat emptor- buyer beware.
