The City Council team for Dawn Zimmer has won the election for City Council at Large. Ravi Bhalla, Carol Marsh and Dave Mello have all been elected to City Council at large thanks to grass roots support and Dawn's Campaign Manager and staff as well as the many volunteers and contributors.Here are the vote totals in order of top to bottom....
Zimmer Slate:
Ravi Bhalla: 5,857
Carol Marsh: 5,853
Dave Mello: 5,648
Top three above get in, Vinny Addeo missed the cut by less than 100 votes....
Cammarano Slate:
Vincent Addeo: 5,560
Raul Morales II: 5,431
Angel Alicea: 5,422
My Comment: The Public has spoken and we will now have a mixed government where the City Council will have a majority requiring the newly elected Mayor Peter Cammarano to work with the council if he wants to get anything done. The only one on the Council Peter would be able to count on for sure would be Nino Giacchi. ◦
